Cooking Classes

Guests will hand-shape their own rigatoni pasta and enjoy a tasting of Tuscan Brands pasta paired with a vodka sauce demonstration. Learn the fundamentals of pasta shaping and sauce preparation.

Tuscan Market’s dinner, wine, & beverage menu is always available for your party to explore during your class!

Craft cocktails inspired by seasonal flavors using premium spirits. Guest shake up each cocktail garnish to fit the season, with additional food and drinks available.

Guests will be shown how to form and stretch their provided curd into a shiny mozzarella ball. You can either use your fresh mozzarella as a topping on your own hand-stretched pizza dough or take it home to enjoy later. Guests will also get to choose from a selection of our house-made artisan ingredients. A server will be available throughout the experience to help order additional food and beverages from our main menu.

Learn the fundamentals of handmade ravioli, from dough mixing to filling and shaping techniques. Guests sample freshly prepared ravioli during the experience, with additional food and beverages available to order.

Guests will be guided through kneading fresh egg dough before forming it into long sheets of pasta. They will learn about Tuscan’s high‑quality flour and enjoy a tasting of our in‑house Tuscan Brands pasta, accompanied by a demonstration of a classic roman Carbonara sauce. A server will be available for any additional food or beverage orders from our in‑house menu.

In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will guide you—working in pairs—through crafting a cocktail, an appetizer, and an entrée for the ultimate evening out for two. Cook together, sip together, and enjoy the fun.

Each ticket is valid for two guests. Knife skills will be used during class, so come ready to chop and sauté. Please call ahead with any allergy concerns.
