Join Tuscan Brands Wine Director Joe Comforti and his special guest Castello Banfi’s Italian Brand Ambassador Mike Sullivan for tasting of wines from the region of Tuscany that the press dubbed “Super Tuscans” The tasting includes the history of Super Tuscans as well as a grand tasting of a selection of Italy’s finest. Salumi Formagi and a welcome Prosecco will also be served.

A second offering of this creamy pasta class. Guests sample the finished Alfredo during class, with optional wine available.

In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will guide you—working in pairs—through crafting a cocktail, an appetizer, and an entrée for the ultimate evening out for two. Cook together, sip together, and enjoy the fun.

Each ticket is valid for two guests. Knife skills will be used during class, so come ready to chop and sauté. Please call ahead with any allergy concerns.

A server will be available to help you order additional food or drinks from our in-house menu.
