This three-course experience begins with a classic shrimp cocktail paired with a festive Prosecco toast, setting the tone for the night ahead. Guests will then explore the elegance of truffles through a curated tasting, starting with truffle bites paired with Franciacorta, followed by fresh truffle-finished pasta tossed tableside in a Parmesan wheel and paired with a crisp Blanc de Noir. Chef will also be making a Fresh, Scratch Infused Truffle Pasta

D.I.Y Charcuterie Board and Wine Tasting

In this class, students will be instructed on how to execute the perfect charcuterie board, along with learning the history of Italian Wine, and sampling! Students will be creating their own charcuterie board, along with sampling 2 different kinds of wine with our very own Wine Director – Joe Comforti!
