An introduction to watercolor class that will inspire, instruct and prepare you for your favorite new hobby. Maria will provide an overview of materials, teach you all the basics and equip you to create some gorgeous masterpieces. Age 13 and up. Approx. 90 minutes.

A deep dive into handmade pasta—mixing dough, shaping styles, and finishing with classic sauces. Guests sample everything made and may order additional wine or food.

Get hands-on and create your own living terrarium in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop. You’ll learn the basics of terrarium design, plant selection, and care while assembling a beautiful, take-home piece. All supplies are provided. Ages: 13+, Duration: ~90 minutes

Join us for a guided Veneto wine dinner featuring a multi-course Italian menu paired with classic Northern Italian wines. Guests will begin with a salumi board and a welcome glass of Prosecco, followed by cavatelli with ricotta, wild mushroom ragù, rosemary, and pecorino tuile, paired with Bardolino.

The main course features Amarone duck breast with Amarone glaze, celery root purée, roasted cherries, and confit potato, paired with 2018 Masi Costasera Amarone. After dinner, enjoy Luxardo Maraschino as a traditional digestif before finishing with chocolate torta with hazelnut crunch, espresso crema, and cocoa nibs, paired with 2020 Luigi Righetti Campolieti Valpolicella Ripasso.

Join us as we visit the region of Cognac, as we taste three diffrent styles of the spirit all paired with decadent cheese and chocolate. Hosted by our master of wine Joe Comforti.

Sample wines paired with cheeses and Italian sweets. Guests may order extra glasses or boards.

Get ready for a night of great food, drinks, and nonstop laughs at Comedy Night in the Ballroom at The Artisan Hotel.

The evening kicks off with guest check-in at 6:30 PM, followed by a relaxed social hour featuring a salumi spread and full cash bar from 6:30–7:00 PM. Dinner service begins at 7:00 PM, giving guests time to enjoy the menu before the main event. The live comedy show starts at 8:00 PM and will keep the room laughing all night.
