In this hands‑on class, our Chef Instructor will guide you—working in pairs—through crafting a cocktail, an appetizer, and an entrée for the ultimate evening out for two. You will be welcomed with a glass of wine, and each course will be thoughtfully paired with its own wine selection. Cook together, sip together, and enjoy the fun.

Each ticket is valid for two guests. Knife skills will be used during class, so come ready to chop and sauté. Please call ahead with any allergy concerns.

A server will be available to help you order additional food or drinks from our in-house menu.

Shape fresh pasta into farfalle and pair it with seasonal sweet fava beans, olive oil, and salty ricotta salata. Guests will enjoy a Tuscan Brands pasta tasting while learning shaping techniques.

Roll and shape traditional orecchiette pasta by hand and pair it with broccolini sautéed in garlic and olive oil. Guests sample the dish prepared during class.

Explore classic and modern martini styles while learning proper shaking and stirring techniques. Guests sample multiple martini variations, with additional cocktails available

Stretch your own mozzarella ball to enjoy at home or top on your own hand stretched pizza, all guided by our in house Instructor

Kids will craft their own pasta and enjoy a cheesy butter dish served with Tuscan Brands pasta. Each child will leave with a pasta-making kit, instructions for home use, and their own apron.

An introduction to watercolor class that will inspire, instruct and prepare you for your favorite new hobby. Maria will provide an overview of materials, teach you all the basics and equip you to create some gorgeous masterpieces. Age 13 and up.
