In this hands-on class, our Chef Instructor will guide you—working in pairs—through crafting a cocktail, an appetizer, and an entrée for the ultimate evening out for two. Cook together, sip together, and enjoy the fun.

Each ticket is valid for two guests. Knife skills will be used during class, so come ready to chop and sauté. Please call ahead with any allergy concerns.

During the experience, your instructor will demonstrate one of Rome’s most famous dishes, which you’ll get to taste alongside our fresh in-house pasta. A server will also be available throughout the class for additional food and drink orders..

Handcraft delicate ricotta gnocchi and pair it with a vibrant Sicilian caponata. Guests sample the finished dish during class, with additional food and beverages available.

For National Old Fashioned Day, we’ll mix and stir up a variety of Old Fashioneds, led by your brand ambassador. You’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of Maker’s Mark and Angel’s Envy. A Server will be available to order food.
