Join us for a four-course wine dinner featuring the renowned wines of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Led by Head Winemaker Marcus Notaro, tasting the famous S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon.

Paired with 2022 Aveta Sauvignon Blanc.
The first course features a vanilla butter poached prawn served with parsnip purée, frisée, and tarragon oil, paired with the 2022 Karia Chardonnay. Next, savor a truffled risotto with minced grass-fed lamb and crispy prosciutto.
Paired with the 2020 Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon.
For the main course, enjoy garlic rosemary-rubbed roasted beef tenderloin with mascarpone whipped potatoes, roasted caulilini, crispy parsnip, and blackberry veal demi-glace.
Paired with the 2020 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon.
Conclude the evening with a decadent chocolate panna cotta topped with raspberry compote and fresh mint.
