Summer Vegetable Risotto 8.01

Tuscan's Chef Jarrett Parizo-Kellerman will take you through the four stages of risotto making, so you can apply the technique to any flavor of risotto.  We will use summer vegetables and vegetable stock for a twist on the classic.  Each guest will make their risotto, which can be eaten or taken home to share.
