Pesto comes from the tool Morter and Pesto.  Learn how to make several different Pestos from the traditional Basil and Pinenut to Lemon Thyme, Sundried Tomato, and Pistachio.  Once you master the flavor combinations, you can use them on pasta, chicken, or Bruschetta.  You will taste what you make in a variety of applications.  Leave with recipes and ideas of what to grow in your summer garden.
