Pasta Primavera

Make an egg pasta and cut it into Tagliatelle (or Fettuccini or Parpadelle). So what is the difference, come and learn the subtle differences of these pastas.  

 Chef will demo a primavera sauce using Spring vegetables for a tasting. Leave with your pasta and recipes to duplicate at home.

A server will be available in the classroom for you to order a glass of wine or food from our menu.
