Learn the art of Mozzarella making. From the curd state, you will learn how to stretch Mozzarella and form balls. You will take home your cheese.
Chef Jarrett Paris-Kellerman will demo Burrata for a tasting along with a Caprese Salad with Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
A server will be available to order off the full Tuscan menu.
