Chef Jarret Paris-Kellerman will show you how to make an egg pasta into a linguini. Chef will also demonstrate the key elements of making a delicious Veal Marsala with a D.O.C. Marsala wine. Come and learn about the classifications of Italian wines. You will take the pasta home along with the recipes to make at home. A tasting of the Veal Marsala will be offered in the class.
