Tuscan Jarrett Paris-Kellerman will take you through some of Italy's iconic salads using summer fresh vegetables from Panzanella to Grilled Raddicio with blue cheese and pancetta a warm vinaigrette.  Make the salads with Chef and sit down to enjoy them with the class.  Take home recipes to recreate your work with your friends and family.
