Under the guidance of our chef instructor, you’ll master the technique of kneading, rolling, and shaping gnocchi by hand, while also learning the secrets to cooking —light & fluffy. The final dish brings it all together with the richness of guanciale, seasonal asparagus, and Parmesan.
