Chef Jarrett Parizo-Kellerman will teach you how to stretch and shape a calzone then twirl it in a 700-degree oven.  Learn how to adapt at home.  A variety of fresh Tuscan ingredients will be available to stuff your calzone from fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, and fresh basil.

A server will be made available to offer the Tuscan menu.
