With over six generations of winemaking, Bava is known for its environmentally friendly practices and outstanding Nebbiolo base and Barbera wines. Each course will be expertly paired with a selection from their vineyards, including the rare Scarrone Barolo cru and the award-winning Nizza DOCG Barbera, offering a true taste of Piemonte’s winemaking tradition.
