Join us for a hands-on adventure where you'll learn the art and techniques of making some of Italy's most famous sauces. Guided by your instructor, you'll master knife skills, binding techniques, and the rules of crafting your own sauces. Groups will create their own sauces, which we'll taste with plenty of Tuscan brand pasta.
