Join us for an four-course wine dinner featuring the renowned wines of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Begin the evening with a grazing board, perfectly complemented by the crisp 2022 Aveta Sauvignon Blanc.

The first course features a vanilla butter poached prawn served with parsnip purée, frisée, and tarragon oil, paired with the 2022 Karia Chardonnay. Next, savor a truffled risotto with minced grass-fed lamb and crispy prosciutto, accompanied by the 2020 Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon.

For the main course, enjoy garlic rosemary-rubbed roasted beef tenderloin with mascarpone whipped potatoes, roasted caulilini, crispy parsnip, and blackberry veal demi-glace, perfectly paired with the 2020 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon.

Conclude the evening with a decadent chocolate panna cotta topped with raspberry compote and fresh mint, finished with a touch of Grand Marnier.
